Topics Covered include:
- Good examples of communication.
- The continuing communication the contract document calls for in respect of things such as variations, discrepancies, instructions, delays and extensions of time.
- How and what you should communicate to harness the power of your contract as an agreement.
- Behavioural and other barriers put in the way of the contract continuing to work as an agreement.
- Dispute resolution alternatives and the impact of the Home Building Act and the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act upon the dispute resolution alternatives.
Registration will be at 7:15am an the day will run from 7:30am to 2:30pm.
