Waterproofing defects are the number 1 area of building complaints and the most common defects.
Registration will be at 7:15am an the day will run from 7:30am to 2:30pm.

Managing & Avoiding Residential Disputes - 12 Points

Course objective
Emphasis is placed on managing to avoid disputes, as all other outcomes are a poor second best.

The processes of the Department of Fair Trading and Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal in dispute resolution are also examined.

Factors that lead to the termination of the contract are examined.
